COVID-19 Policies
Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis.
Passengers are advised to wear a face covering while onboard the bus. In some instances, you may not be allowed on board if you’re not wearing a mask that covers both your mouth and your nose.
Passengers are encouraged to use extra space to create physical distance from one another, where possible.
Amtrak Policies
Amtrak is waiving all change fees for reservations made by January 4, 2022.
Amtrak is following industry recommendations for deep cleaning and sanitizing of its vehicles prior to service, with additional en-route cleaning to disinfect restrooms and frequently touched surfaces along the journey.
Amtrak requires that all customers and employees wear a face mask or covering that fully covers the entire mouth and nose, unless actively eating or drinking while stationary.
Badger Bus Policies
High-contact touch points are wiped after each trip and seats are sprayed with an EPA-approved disinfectant following each route. Once per day, the bus receives a full fogging with an EPA-approved disinfectant. Hand sanitizer stations are available.

Barons Bus Lines Policies
Buses are cleaned daily by the service team. The carrier has increased the frequency of sanitizing surfaces that people regularly come in contact with. All hard surfaces are cleaned with an EPA-approved Lysol disinfectant. Hand sanitizing dispensers are available on every bus.
All passengers must wear a face mask with the exception of children under the age of four and those who are medically unable to wear a mask.
BestBus Policies
BestBus allows tickets to be put on hold if your plans change and you can’t use it as purchased. Any hold requests must be made at least 24 hours ahead of the originally scheduled departure time.
All buses are being thoroughly cleaned/disinfected, daily. All buses are equipped with alcohol-based sanitizer dispensers or wipes available for passengers’ use.

BoltBus Policies
The carrier has increased the amount of wipe-down cleaning of high-touch areas, including seats, arm rests, handles, windows and seat belts, throughout the day with a CDC recommended disinfectant.

Burlington Trailways Policies
All buses are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the end of each line run or charter.
All passengers are required to wear a face covering while onboard Burlington Trailways buses and inside the carrier’s depots.
C&J Policies
For Boston trips: all Logan Airport tickets are valid anytime for two years from the purchase date. South Station tickets are valid anytime within one year of the purchase date. For New York trips: you can change your reservation at no additional cost. Changes must be made prior to the original trip’s departure.
C&J buses are equipped with state-of-the-art air filtration systems that help reduce the spread of airborne pathogens. Commonly used surfaces in stations such as door handles, counter tops, seating areas and kiosks are cleaned with EPA-registered disinfectants. All buses are also rigorously cleaned after each trip.
Passengers are required to wear a face covering, or appropriate cloth face covering over their nose and mouth throughout the journey.
Cold Shot Bus Policies
Booked trips can be postponed to any day up to November 30, 2021.
Buses are sanitized before every trip, which includes cleaning all touch points with disinfectant. Hand sanitizers are available at every stop.
Concord Coach Lines Policies
New upgraded air filters have been installed on every coach. Every bus undergoes enhanced disinfecting throughout each day. High touch surfaces are wiped down before and after every trip, and every bus is sprayed with an electrostatic fogger that can reach every inch of the interior. Plexiglass dividers have been installed on every seatback for added safety and peace of mind. New upgraded air filters have been installed on every bus.
All passengers are required to wear a face covering throughout the entire journey.
Dartmouth Coach Policies
Every bus is spray-disinfected, every day. All high touch surfaces on the bus and at all terminals are sanitized with disinfecting wipes on a no less than daily basis. Hand sanitizer is available at all ticket counters and on every bus. New upgraded air filters have been installed on every bus.
All passengers are required to wear a face covering throughout the entire journey.
Ebus Policies
The carrier is regularly cleaning and sanitizing all high-touchpoint surfaces, restrooms, and have also introduced electrostatic sprayers to clean in between each trip.
All passengers are required to wear face masks at all times. If a passenger refuses to wear a mask, they will be denied boarding.
Express Arrow Policies
All passengers are required to wear face coverings for the duration of the trip.
Fullington Trailways Policies
Motor coaches are thoroughly cleaned at the end of their daily runs, as well as during the day as time permits/customer requirements allow. All hard surfaces and high-touch areas are sanitized daily with disinfectant cleaners.

Go Buses Policies
Every bus is thoroughly cleaned and high-touch areas are sanitized every day. Cleaning wipes and/or hand sanitizer are available on all buses.
All passengers over the age of 2 are required to wear face coverings at all times.
Greyhound Policies
For travel through January 15, 2022, Greyhound will offer an eVoucher for tickets cancelled due to Covid-19 concerns.
