Customer Success Representative

Wanderu is looking for a part-time Customer Success Representative who is passionate about travel and speaks English and a second language fluently to be a part of our customer success team.

Must be an excellent communicator with an out of the box mindset!

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be in charge of the following:

  • Answering customer chats, emails online (no phone calls).
  • Monitoring conversations on social media and other platforms.
  • Routing inbound conversations to appropriate cross functional teams.
  • Identify new tools, technology, trends that Wanderu could be utilizing.
  • Help build and optimize consumer engagement and improving brand awareness.
  • Assist manager in other tasks around the office.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bilingual – fluency in English and in a second language is a must.
  • Excellent writing skills in at least two languages required.
  • Great/Excellent computer skills (Online research, Google Docs/Microsoft Office).
  • 2+ years of Customer Service (online preferable) experience.
  • College student/graduate or equivalent experience.

Schedule:

  • Odd hour availability during weekdays.
  • Part-time (example: weekdays 1:00pm – 6:00pm; weekends 3 hours on/off)
  • Availability on weekends (remote from home) (TBD after training)
