You need some messaging system that will allow passengers waiting for their bus to arrive to know if the bus is delayed, on time, or canceled. We waited 30 minutes at Harrisburg station, and the station had no employees in it. No one was available to tell us if the bus was still coming. Luckily, we waited, and the bus eventually showed up. We appreciated the driver's reasoning and were grateful she was taking the trip safely. However, there would have been less anxiety among the waiting passengers if there had been some communication about the delay.
