Pros: yes several were not wearing their masks, though most were sitting in their own seat. several were out of their seats and walking down the isle before putting their mask on. One person without their mask on was sneezing, looked a bit guilty them put her mask up to just below the nose? It's hard to enforce since the driver would be the only staff on the bus and can't possibly drive and monitor passengers at the same time, but they were told prior to boarding that masks must be worn at all times. I took that to mean even when sitting in your own seat. Cons: Not sure how to improve. If it weren't for the COVID19 restrictions not being followed, everything was A+. Tips: Regarding WiFi...sorry I wasn't aware it was available until the end of the trip, but I presume it was working fine.
