Pros: I was able to get the trip in such a short time. Was in an emergency and needed to travel asap. Cons: The fee pricing.. unfortunately I understand late notice and the timeframe of cancellations and changes but I was having technical difficulties and unable to have a representative assist in a timely manner so to the business hours.
