Pros: Luxury bus to Miami was very nice. Temperature was perfect. Seats were comfy. Unfortunately the luxury bus was not available for my return trip at the time I needed so I booked the economy. That was horrible! Freezing cold even with a sweater on, had absolutely no leg room, knees in back of seat in front of me and my face was literally 8 inches away from seat headrest in front of me. Bus was over an hour late reaching my destination. I'm not sure why because we departed on time. I would not ever take the economy again. Cons: Luxury bus was very nice but economy had no leg room...need room so knees aren't in back of seat in front of you. I'm only 5'6" and if I was any taller I wouldn't have fit. Fix the temperature! Freezing again on the economy bus!! Tips: Bring warm clothes if you are taking economy. And if you are a big person or tall don't take economy!!
