Greyhound

Pros: I appreciated the ease of storing my items, the functioning electrical outlets, the cup holder, the WiFi, and the available entertainment. Cons: I believe what could be improved is the communication at the stations of these buses. I had a connection and one of the employees said she would make an announcement when the bus arrived, but she never did. If I hadn't gone to check, I would have missed my connection. Also, the Greyhound app is not very reliable/ accurate and could use improvement. Tips: Don't rely on the Greyhound app to check the status of buses- take everything on there with a grain of salt. Always be on the lookout for your bus- I usually just go up to the bus driver at a bus and ask if it's the bus I'm supposed to get on, because announcements aren't always made.
