Pros: I liked the time for the ride was what expected. The bus was around 10 minutes late arriving at the Union Station, which is understandable dues to traffic, etc. Cons: It's a little bit expensive for half an hour ride. Tips: There is no other transportation available from Northampton to Springfield.
