Pros: Got to and from safe. Cons: The timing and communication. The vus going to NYC from Albany was over 40 min late. We wouldn't have known anything if almost everyone waiting didn't call the bus company multiple times to know what was happening. An email would have eliminated all that. Also with nowhere to wait inside, that's not good when the temperature was so low. Tips: Be on time and if you can get a ride so they can let you sit in the car when the weather is bad. Bring things to snack on.

Cons: The windows were rattling a lot, especially the emergency window. Almost shaking out of the frames. Felt unsafe. Also, someone was smoking on the bus and no one enforced the no smoking policy. Was disruptive for me especially while I had a sinus infection, even though I was masked. Not a fan of smelling like cigarettes and being a lifetime non smoker. Gross. Tips: Where a mask.
