Pros: The price of the ticket and the time the bus was suppose to leave. Cons: Cleaning of the bathroom. Seat assignment. When booking on line one should be able to selected seats at that time. Tips: When booking make sure that you ask what time the bus will be leaving. I booked on a 4:00pm bus twice and both time the 4pm bus was cancelled. This should not be.
