Amtrak Thruway

Pros: Bus driver was great! Cons: Nothing. Tips: Be sure to wait in line. Don't crowd ahead of others. Look out for seniors, they don't always move as quickly.

Amtrak Thruway

Pros: Excellent driver. Very friendly and helpful. Cons: I’m not sure if this can be done by the company, but as a traveler from another country, I was so scared having to be with some people who clearly use/suffer from substance abuse. I’m not sure what was with one passenger in this trip, but how she whined and talked to the driver and how reckless she seemed it made me feel very scared all the journey. Tips: I used the service for the first time, and I and my friend were very surprised to find that by the time we were at the station, there was nobody working there. I think somehow it should be made clearer that you need to purchase the ticket online only. We were very stressed when there was nobody at the station there and the bus was supposed to arrive any minute.

Pros: The bus was very clean, and on time! Some of the people on the bus were not wearing masks and the lady in front of me who wasn't wearing one was coughing a lot which was concerning. However other than that the trip was fine. Cons: better mask rules. Tips: your in good hands.
