Pros: The bus driver quietly helped an old man with his computer kiosl order and carried a young mother's baby seats. When her babies cried and an unruly passenger was complaining he quickly defended the mother and stopped the problem. He dealt with an unstable passenger the whole ride home and didn't lose his cool. He was on time and moved everyone along to stay on schedule. Bravo to a man who had a thankless job but did it well. Cons: free internet access did not work. Tips: bring food and make sure you use the restroom because there is only one stop. also make sure you have ear pods becasue the bus driver doesn't want any phones on or noice from devices so other people aren't disturbed.

Cons: The buses , some are good some are in a really poor conditions! The bus that I took from Newark to Norfolk broke in the middle of the road, luckly the driver could ''fix'' it and proceed with the trip until the first stop, if she does't know how to ''fix'' it, it would've been a nightmare, since the bus was delayed for almost an hour! Tips: I don't really like this bus company, because I always have problem with it, unfortunately is the only one that have bus / shcedule to where I travel to.
