Pros: Great driver !!!! Kind helpful patient A van which was not chained up was trying to pull around a snow plow drove right into the bus and then claimed the bus hit him. I was looking at the snow plow when this happened and saw clearly that the van caused this accident. When pulled over after the accident we learned the van was already driving illegally with neither studded snow tires nor chains. The driver handled all of this perfectly and transferred us to another bus at the next town. The delay for riders was minimal. Great work. Cons: Riders who were asked to mask up could leave them on when at the back of the bus and assuming the driver could not observe them. Tips: Ride with this driver You’re in very good hands.
