The Amtrak Hiawatha between Milwaukee and Chicago’s Union Station is what train travel should be like. Inexpensive, convenient and comfortable—all things that son’t describe air travel.

Love the quiet car & glad it has been available for most of my trips

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. I'm disabled and the Red Cap employee pushed me by hand trolley all the way to the train and he loaded my suitcase on the train for me. Excellent service. Cons: The drop off area on Clinton Street for anyone who is handicap leaves alot to be desired. I had to watch out and wait for traffic in order to get out of vehicle. The Clinton St. entrance will work with a little work on handicap drop off area. Tips: Travelers should get there at least 1/2 hour early. It helps for a more relaxed trip.

Cons: The pickup area on Clinton Street needs improvement for handicapped people to get into their pickup vehicle. Tips: Travelers should arrive at least 1/2 hour early. It makes the trip less stressful and turns it into a very enjoyable adventure.

Pros: Very good, no problems. Cons: Excellent travel. Tips: Cover up to be safe, enjoy the ride.

Pros: Timely arrival. Cons: More RED Caps to help with luggage, ask passenger if help is needed, especially the women. Tips: Make sure you get to your station early.

Pros: I liked how on time everything was. Simple and safe. Cons: More signage and customer service. Tips: Arrive atleast 15 mins early.

Pros: It was peaceful,quiet and smooth. Cons: Extending the train trip to Sheboygan Wisconsin.

Pros: On time clean snd affordable. Cons: Waiting area for seniors more room needed.

Pros: The ease of the train being on time. The comfort of a comfortable ride. Cons: More trains. Tips: None.

The driver on my trip was extremely inconsiderate. An item was left behind and when in tried to flagged down the bus he steered out of my path and continued on driving.

Relaxing and convenient

Pros: My seat cushion was not attached to the seat, but wasn't enough to make us move. There was plenty of space for our bags, we were traveling from Milwaukee to Glenview to have lunch and grab a plan to Connecticut. Our daughter takes this train regularly and recommended it. Cons: Thought it was all good. Tips: IDK I don't know if there was wi-fi? There was a place to plug our phones in!
