Pros: we went from Vancouver cruise terminal to Seattle airport. pick up was at 10:30am not 9am that was scheduled. It took 6 hours . Tips: Make sure you plan for 6 - 7 hr trip.

Pros: It was efficient, everything went smoothly and on time, friendly driver. Cons: You need electric plug ins! Both ways on my trip my phone was dead due to lack of a plug. New Iphone doesnt use the old USB plug and needs power plugs.

Pros: The driver was extremely helpful helping with our bags at the border as my mother is in a wheelchair. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Just be polite to the driver and don't complain if he is behind due to traffic, idiots on the road and holdups at the border.
