Pros: First trip on train didn't know it was available to get back from Baltimore Washington airport live in Pennsylvania across the line from Cumberland 100% better than driving down in the car cheaper too took a nap on the way home will probably do it again thanks great job I need to acquire a map of Amtrak's routes so I can schedule other connections as such. Cons: Overall great experience good way to get to Baltimore Washington area will probably use again thanks for the ride. Tips: Sit back relax enjoy the ride or you could nap as I did new experience !!

Pros: We live about 2.5 hrs from the airport, so it took a 5 hr burden off my family to not have to come to DC to pick me up. Very grateful to have discovered Amtrak. The ride was comfortable, low hassle, low cost, and felt safe. Staff were friendly and helpful, proactive about letting people know it was their stop/destination to get off at. Both friendly and proactive in implementing COVID precaution reminders. Finally, I was able to change my ticket date without a change fee, which helped enormously. (I don’t think that’s an accommodation they will be making indefinitely, but I am grateful to have it while it lasts. Cons: Maybe offer some small veggie platter or salad in the cafe. Herbal tea could also be nice. But I’m satisfied with the menu as is. Tips: If you’re wanting something fresh to eat (I.e. fresh fruits or veggies), you should probably pack it yourself. Not too many options with that in the cafe menu.
