Amtrak Silver Service

Pros: It was very easy to navigate with employees' assistance. The train cars were very clean. I felt safe traveling alone. The seats were spacious but also very uncomfortable,. Cons: There was some confusion about which track the train would be on (north or south) because the sign at the station said the northbound track was closed, however the train showed up on the right track. It would be helpful to get a confirmation text about which track the train will be on.
