Pros: I so enjoy the ride on AMTRAK, for me it's my down time and to relax. Cons: I am disappointed that the dining car is not available. I am a healthy and clean eater and your snack car only has fat laced food except for a little side salad. You need to provide fresh fruit like apples, bananas, oranges ect.... Tips: Bring a small blanket and pillow sit back and enjoy the trip.

DeLand is a city in central Florida, between Orlando and Daytona Beach.
Deland is home to Stetson University, the oldest Florida college. On the streets of DeLand, you will notice the red-brick buildings, magnificent oaks, and Greco-Roman columns that make it a quaint town. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy this city, from the Blue Spring State Park for water activities to the Hontoon Island Adventures for boating, outdoor, and camping activities. Opened in 1921, the station boasts a unique Spanish Revival design and a sweet pastel pink facade.
