Pros: Train was on time. Customer I sat next to was friendly and respected my privacy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: Every now and then business class should be extended. There are times when people are not so understanding when strangers must sit next to them. Besides, mask are no longer mandatory. COVID-19 is alive and well. I have to test once a week, and I am fully vaccinated!! Tips: Please be cooperative with rules and regulations. Be civil to other passengers.

Amtrak Wolverine

Pros: I have traveled by Amtrak a little over a year now. Very few complaints. Staff is always friendly. I was impressed with the updated accommodations this time around. Only concern were the seats. Cushion might be a little more comfortable if the seat had more padding and the seats were a little wider. I weigh 140. Person sat next to me approx 275. Of course very little room. Train was only 11 mins. Late. That was an improvement. Cons: Widen the seats on the new seats add a little more cushion the seat as well. I wish you could go back to mandatory face mask. Unable to use wifi this time around. Tips: Wear a mask.

Pros: Arrived on time. Did not expect the train to be so crowed. Oh well Spring break. People were courteous. A lot of conversations - college students. Still the trip was not bad. Cons: May have to open business class if there are more coach customers and less business. Why lose money. Tips: Don't over pack.
