Amtrak Empire Service

Pros: The conductors were very friendly and accommodating. Cons: I sat in the area for 4 passengers. I had a window seat and the woman diagonal from me had to sit with her feet up on the seat because there was a passenger seated in front of her. There wss no leg room. Tips: It gets cold in the winter by the train doors. Be sure to wear thick, warm socks in addition to a hat and coat.
