Pros: The train was on time, the staff was friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and I was able to sleep for almost the entire 6 hour train ride. The dining car was clean and there was a variety of dining options. Cons: The tickets were a bit overpriced. Tips: Be on time..my train left Pittsburgh at exactly 0729am..and the time on my ticket for departure was 0730.
