Amtrak Pennsylvanian

Pros: If there’s one thing I know, Amtrak provides much better service than Greyhound. The staff, including all the conductors, are very friendly and accommodating. They communicate with respect for every rider. I visited the dining car for the first time yesterday and was extremely satisfied. I bought a coffee and was given plenty of creamers, sugars, and a stir stick, all in a sturdy tray. The woman was very nice and cheerful. I felt cared about in that moment in a way I haven’t experienced much in customer service. Cons: Maybe having a more reliable system for reserving the handicapped seats. They are very polite about asking passengers to move when they are needed. It may be helpful to exclude the seats unless needed when passengers board. Tips: Use Amtrak over Greyhound. You are getting a great bargain for your money. There’s always plenty of space, friendly people, and services to use.
