Pros: Conductor was friendly and very helpful in loading unloading heavy luggage. Cons: At Woodbridge Amtrack Station, many times passengers loose to boarding the train due to no communication about the platform Amtrack arrive and to cross the platform one has to go 4 floors up and then down . By that time you loose to board the train It happened with me on 27th Sept by 12.30 Amtrack. Tips: None.
