Cold Shot Bus

Pros: The ride was a bit ruff. They need new shocks. I was a little sore when I got off the bus. But the drive was so nice and helpful. Cons: Just to put new shocks in. But I was told they were getting new buses soon. Tips: No.

Cold Shot Bus

Pros: The driver from the main terminal to Grande Prairie was very nice ad efficient Helpful and a safe driver . the stops were frequent but not to long. Got me to my destination. Cons: The driver that picked up at Tim Hortons on 34 Ave Edmonton to main terminal was not helpful. This trip was on the December 19 and the weather was terrible. Cold and road conditions in city were terrible. He was in a rush. I was told by three different people where the pick up spot was and the driver went to a different area, Due to cold weather conditions -35 people were waiting inside the building. He could have come into the building to announce his arrival. The wifi chargers were not working on most seats but could connect to wifi.
