Pros: Bus left on time and the stops were short. I also liked having internet. Cons: Person talking loudly on a speaker cell phone behind me was very annoying. This should not be allowed. The bus driver told her to turn it off but she continued talking loudly without the speaker on. It was not a short call. Tips: Arrive early in case the bus fills and can depart early.

Way better than Greyhound. Buses were clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and we even beat traffic and got in early!

Pros: I felt safe, comfortable. Loved that there was only one stop - in Kamloops. Driver was courteous and helpful. Cons: The boarding situation was a bit hectic: no signage. Had to ask many people in the Vancouver via-rail station where exactly to catch the bus. If it had been raining would have been uncomfortable. But overall? Sunny morning, great driver, fairly comfortable seats - all was good. Tips: Very little wifi service on Coquihalla. I did expect that however. It was nice to see that there were outlets in every seating area to charge your phone.
