Brunswick to Prague coach

Brunswick is a large city in Lower Saxony, whose prominence comes from its commerce and trade in medieval Germany. Today, it is a major centre of scientific studies and research. If you enjoy wandering around while savouring the views, the Burgplatz is a great place to start. This central square of the city is surrounded by beautiful old buildings and several museums that pay homage to the city's medieval history. Don't miss the chance to snap a pic with the Brunswick Lion in this square. The lion is one of Brunswick's most prominent symbols, thanks to Henry the Lion, a medieval duke of Saxony and Bavaria. If history is a bit too stuffy for you, immerse yourself in the plant life at the Botanischer Garten der Technischen Universität Braunschweig.

Brunswick Palace is also worth a stop, even if it is only a 2007 recreation of the original 18th-century palace. You'll find the obligatory museum inside, but more surprisingly, the facade welcomes you into an enormous modern shopping mall. Anyone can be royalty for a day with the right accessories!

Train travel is hands-down one of the best ways to get around Germany. Brunswick is no exception, and Deutsche Bahn trains connect this destination to cities including Berlin, Munich, and Frankfurt. Traveling by coach is often a cheaper alternative, though, and FlixBus runs frequent coach routes into Brunswick.

With storied churches and beautiful castles, Prague was once the hidden gem of Europe, and it has now revealed its beauty to the world. Prague’s food scene is not as well-known as other famous cities’, but the local dishes such as knedlíky or bramboráky will pleasantly surprise you. La Degustation Boheme Bourgeoise is a Michelin-starred restaurant that offers amazing Czech dishes. For local beers, don’t hesitate to check out U Medvídku.

Praha hlavní nádraží is the largest international train station in Prague and it’s located right in the heart of the city. Not too far from the train station is Prague’s central bus station. The principal airport in the city is the Václav Havel Airport Prague.
