18 January 2020- Regular commuter

Pros: Punctuality and Wi-Fi. Cons: Price. Tips: A ceiling window kept opening and it was creating a lot of noise, so we had to stop two times for a driver to fix it.

21 August 2019- Solo travel

Pros: It was on time and pretty comfortable! Cons: My flight was delayed, which caused me to have to change my bus ticket to a later time. There was a $10 ticket transfer fee, even though it was the same ticket price and destination, which was a bit disappointing. $10 is not a ton of money, but was a little frustrating given the time change was out of my hands due to the flight delay.
