Pros: I just wish to mention the the overhead compartments above my seat ( middle of the bus) was making do much noise rattling as the bus was operating- it felt like it would fall over - I was far from the driver and didn't feel safe to t walk in the bus and ell him - I will complement the switch of drivers in Connecticut went swiftly and we were on our wat in a few minutes thank you. Cons: See above. Tips: I am disabled and tried to reserve an aisle seat behind the driver but when I boarded the bus in NY NY thete were already many people sitting everywhere and no one yold me that the same bus stops in another station prior to arriving to Manhattan NY.

Pros: Our driver was the same driver I had on the way down to New York, and he was excellent! So friendly and helpful. Cons: Bathrooms cleaner.

Pros: For the money I paid, I got better service that I could wish for! It started with me having trouble changing reservation on line. I called customer service and the representative was very helpful, polite and professional. The bus was a bit late, and arrived late, but the trip was during holidays and I wasn’t expecting all smooth moving traffic trip. The staff while waiting for the bus was pleasant, clearly explained where to line for the bus,. Cons: All was perfect for the price I paid.
