I arrived on time. Then I found out that I was switching buses. I got on the 2nd bus only to arrive at my destination nearly 2 hours late. I paid for a non stop ticket and ended up stopping for food and then another stop. I was not happy about that!

Would have been nicer to get directions to be steered towards the Port Authority ticket office - I went all the way to the line and had to go back to the ticket office. Or, why not let people use their mobile phones as tickets???
