Pros: The bus driver Mr. Mars ( sorry if I misspelt his name) in charge of Trailways bus # 82204 was a gem who mad the trip all the more worthwhile and enjoyable. Not only was he an excellent driver, but he was kind and courteous to one and all, explained traffic delays, enforced policies on the bus in a very professional way, and did the best job possible to make everyone comfortable. Hats off to him- we need more like him. I have travelled extensively by air, train and bus in several countries and have not encountered one like him. He is an asset to any organization he works for and needs to be recognized! I thank him for making the last leg of my journey memorable! Please pass this genuine compliment to him and Trailways on my behalf. Cons: I found Binghamton bus station very disappointing with no restaurant, or charging station. Tips: N/A.

Pros: Bus was on time. Phone charger worked. Cons: Was able to connect to WiFi but was super slow.

Pros: The bus was on time. The WiFi worked and the charger was functional. Cons: The seats had no lock in place means. So the back of the seat moves freely all the time as if they were broken.

Pros: I like how on time the trip was and relatively short the bus ride. Also the e ticket email is very efficient. Cons: I think giving a timeline of stops that will be made in a nice list format in the ticket would be nice.

Pros: Other than arriving to my transfer stop due to traffic. Was an overall good trip. Cons: Keep up the good work. No complaints. Tips: Would use this service again because I just saved about $20.
