Pros: Comfortable, clean, reasonable price. Cons: Tickets should be easily shown through online without printing, sometimes it works, sometimes not. Time should be a little shorter. 10-15 minutes in Kingston and not neccessary to stay on small stops even 2 minutes if there aren't any passengers.

Pros: I liked how no other stops were made and that the bus left on time and arrived on time. I usually take Trailways or Eastern Travels who are extremely overpriced and can take up to 9 hours to get to the destination. Trailways makes stops, so that makes more sense, but both them and Eastern Travels usually get to the destination 1 to 2 hours late due to the fact that they take unnecessary backroads. OurBus took a good route and managed to almost completely avoid traffic. Cons: I think you should offer more trips to and from Oneonta. We are almost completely limited to Trailways here. You allowed me to use the money/credit I payed for the original trip I would've taken that was cancelled to book another trip. Trailways does not do that. They make it very hard to get a refund or to reschedule a trip. Tips: To take OurBus instead of Trailways.
