Pros
I loved my experience with Megabus. The driver was attentive and courteous and the bus was awesome. I especially loved that there were outlets on the bus so that devices could be charged. It was also very nice for the driver to take the luggage out for us to grab.
Cons
Greyhound could update their buses to include outlets. They could also upgrade their customer service. Greyhound just opens the compartment for the luggage and everyone had to get their own. I literally found my self having to partially crawl inside of the space to grab...More
Tips
Take Megabus whenever you can help it.
