State College to Easton coach

State College is a college town, hence the name. It is home to Penn State University, one of the largest universities in the United States. One of the most popular events in State College is the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts, which draws over a hundred thousand visitors each year. Aside from Penn State University, the city's major attractions are The Arboretum and the Beaver Stadium.

Getting around State College is a breeze. The local airport, University Park Airport, is a mere 5 miles away from campus. In addition, Greyhound, Fullington Trailways, and Amtrak Thruway run regularly scheduled bus services from State College to Harrisburg, Pittsburgh, New York City, and beyond.

Easton is known as the home of the Crayola. However, this beautiful city has a whole lot to offer other than just a trip to the famed crayon factory. Its rich history is well depicted at the National Canal Museum, which highlights the Lehigh and Delaware rivers, the site of the reading of the Declaration of Independence. Because of that, Easton observes Heritage Day reenacting that day in history and celebrating it with fireworks.

One of the most visited areas in Easton is Wind Creek Bethlehem, a quaint area where you can enjoy live music and lots of vibrant festivals. But, for sheer family fun, better head off to Dorney Park and the Wildwater Kingdom or visit SteelStacks.

Food and drinks are aplenty in Easton too. Among the good places to try is Fegley's Allentown Brew Works, where you can enjoy locally sourced dishes and beer made from breweries that are powered by 100% renewable energy. Other great places to wine and dine are Ocean, Daddy's Place, and Marblehead Chowder House.

Getting to Easton is very easy and convenient. Flights go through the Lehigh Valley International Airport, and Fullington Trailways provides bus service from Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Newark, among other cities.
