Pros: I liked that the bus arrived a little early and let you on. Made announcements once it reached it’s destination and waited til the correct time to pull off. The driver was very respectful and polite when asked to turn down the AC or turn on heat with no questions asked. Wanderu should practice this with all their drivers. After missing 2 buses previously I can say I almost gave up on you. But this travel was one of the best in a very long time. So I want to say Thank you. And u can look forward to me traveling more with you. Thanks 🙏. Cons: Improvement is your drivers interacting with the riders when asked questions. And having respect for the individual. And giving a grace period of maybe 5 to 10 minutes when picking up or dropping off individuals. Tips: Have respect for the driver and the other companions on the bus. Clean up after yourselves and wear earphones when u want to listen to music.
