Greenville is a city in North Carolina, not to be mistaken with the city of the same name one state south. The city is known as a college town, as it is home to East Carolina University. Greenville is easily accessible by bus from other neighboring cities, with most buses from Greyhound. You can also visit it by train although there are not a lot of routes offered. The GREAT Bus System and Pitt Area Transit provide public bus lines in Greenville.
