Pros: Leaving from 30th St. to Penn Station is always a pleasure especially in 30th St. they’re very kind and very nice there arrived on time. It was a great ride. Cons: I guess I would say better ways to pay for your ticket like I had to rush to deposit money into my account to buy the ticket. I wish there was a a stand or a place. I could pay cash if I needed to, but I do understand, but the value you guys have on the chips moneywise is amazing. Tips: Just be on time some of the issues that I acquired coming back from New York to Philadelphia was issued with Amtrak not this site.

Pros: Very fast and quiet in the quiet car! Cons: Long lines on boarding, start boarding earlier than last 5 min. Tips: Check out the quiet car if you like a quiet relaxed trip.

Pros: I love using the red cap service although they were very much nicer in Philadelphia than they were in New York, but they were so very helpful. I like that the trains are always on time. I wish there was somebody to help me with my bags from the Long Island railroad to Amtrak in New York, but other than that, it was great. Cons: Just helping those who need help transferring trains from along the road to Manhattan. Tips: Sit back and enjoy the ride.

Pros: The train was the finest train I have ever had in my life! Cons: Nothing. Tips: compare all listings before you book so as to find the most appropriate dep.. and arr. times to suit your needs. Don't go for the first one you find, compare and then decide.

Pros: The train was clean and safe! I felt very safe the entire time which says a lot in today’s society. Cons: I think everyone wants more leg room but I think you guys have a pretty great set up! Tips: Bring snacks!
