Pros: The bus was clean and seats were comfortable. I appreciate the bottle water. Unfortunately, the bus 1904 broke down in NJ and we had to wait more than 2hrs for another bus. But everyone was friendly that makes the wait bearable. Cons: For safety, do not neglect to check the buses mechanic before letting them on the road. Tips: No. I think the name BestBus says it all.

Pros: The bus was on time and it was very vomfirtable. Cons: The location where the bus was leaving. I think it should said on the website that the bus arrived 30 mts before the trip and the specific lication 34th and 9 accris from Skyline restaurant. I was looking for a parking lot but until u called the agenct U found out the specifics.

Pros: It's nice they give us water when we board. Cons: Given the price and the advertisement that Best Bus is the quickest of the bus lines, I'm disappointed. Stopping half way to switch drivers added 20 minutes initially, but that also meant that we were 20 minutes later entering NYC. On a Friday, those 20 minutes are critically important because entering NYC at 4:20 is very different from entering at 4:40 pm, and it added at least an hour and half on to the overall trip time. Best Bus advertises express times-- and this is partly how they justify their higher prices- so this was really misleading and disappointing. Tips: Don't assume that Best Bus will actually be faster- if they switch drivers, you'll be late- and there's no way to know this ahead of time because they don't inform you of driver changes when you book.

The bus is the not way to travel to NYC. I have done the train and the plane. The bus is better, more economical, more on-time and overall the best way to travel

Pros: The bus was clean and arrived on time. Cons: Omg it was so hot in that bus🔥 🥵 They block of the front 8 seats when we were going and coming back. The driver doesn't want anyone to sit near him and some of us enjoy the view when it's closer to the front. Anyways I guess it will be liability issue if the driver is on his phone while driving so it's better to block of the seats so passengers don't watch and make a note. Lol! Tips: Double check tickets so u don't overpay like we did. Also, talk to the driver about the temp before starting the ride cuz it was hot and uncomfortable. The driver told us to ask all the questions before he starts driving and no questions after that. Smh!

Pros: I enjoyed the accomodations of the bus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: I don't think traveling from Union Station DC to NYC in 4 hours is typical. We left at 2 pm and were supposed to arrive by 6 pm. We arrived about 7:45 pm.

Pros: half an hour late to start, we were in the large raining waiting for bus without any shelter. Cons: The engine was dead after one hour driving, we waited around 40 minutes to change another bus. Tips: Should be on time and double check the machine.

Cons: The info before the trip didn't always match with the reality, sometimes for good eg there was a restroom on the bus after all; info had said 4 hours but on the bus we were told 4.30 but didn't really matter on this occasion. The name a bit confusing as the actual bus was Washington trail ... Maybe that is Best bus!! Tips: Take snacks in case traffic means you can't stop at a rest area for food.

Pros: Visited some important and touristplaces. Enjoyed good time with friend with good food. Cons: Everything was OK. Hope everybody will like it so no need to improve anything. Tips: Anybody can can travel by this bus without any concern why are you working?
