Pros: The only positive outcome was that a friend in New York was able to retrieve my luggage after I was left behind at a scheduled rest stop. Otherwise, the trip did not go as planned. Cons: During the scheduled rest stop, the driver announced that the bus would depart at 9:45 AM. I returned outside at the announced departure time and discovered the bus had already left without me, with my luggage still underneath the bus. I was stranded in Delaware and had to purchase a last-minute Amtrak ticket and Uber at my own expense to continue my trip. Customer support was unable to contact the driver, notify the New York arrival location, or offer any meaningful assistance beyond submitting a lost-property form with a stated processing time of up to 40 days, and was also very rude and unprofessional. Fortunately, a friend in New York was able to recover my luggage when the bus arrived. Had they not been available, I likely would have been without my belongings and medication for an extended period. Drivers should accurately communicate departure times, perform a final passenger check after scheduled rest stops, and customer service should have a process for active trips where passengers are accidentally left behind. Tips: Never leave personal belongings on the bus during a rest stop unless you’re absolutely certain when the bus will depart. Return several minutes early, and keep any essential medications, valuables, and important documents with you at all times.

Pros: I loved the driver, one of the most informative and interactive drivers I've ever had. She made sure to speak to us about the journey and the stops and the estimated time before we took off. Cons: flixbus is not in sync with the stations and it becomes a hassle. we can't see our trip on the boards of the stations and we have to speak to staff just to find out where to go. if I was a new traveler this would make me hesitant to book with you again due to the lack of convenience or communication.

Pros: Fast. Cons: My seat didn’t not have any charger port. I paid to be able to charge my phone. Every other row had chargers but my seat didn’t not why did I have to pay the same price as everyone else without the same amenities.

Cons: Should make a stopped break sitting on you feet for 4 hours not good.....I see customer removing other customers from seat which could create conflicts...... everyone should just sit where ever their is a seet. Tips: Customer came in and removed customer from seat can jeopardize a problem to others....so where there is an empty seat let.....let them sit.

Pros: Communication and Boarding. Cons: The AC was not working on this bus and it was extremely hot with fellow passengers sweating. Flixbus needs to ensure that when they are providing a Non Branded bus then they should ensure that standards and compliance are met in all departments. This AC situation ruined the journey.

The seats are so freaking uncomfortable. I've been on quite a few trains and buses and these are the worst ergonomics Ive ever experienced.

Pros: The bus scheduled at 7:30 left early 7:26pm leaving four people behind including me. Fortunately the bus scheduled at 7pm was delayed and got our back. The ground personnel at the bus station were super helpful and friendly. Cons: The bus driver left early 7:26pm leaving four people behind including me. Tips: Arrive at least 15min early to avoid any situation when the driver leaves early without any notice.
