Pros: Staff was nice and friendly. Cons: Car was dirty and driver very nearly ran out of gas on the highway. However, $30 is $30.

the bus never turned up. I waited for an hour and it never arrived.

Price and customer service, just one hiccup when the bus was unboarded and passengers split up between two vans at the stop after DTLA.

Pros: This trip saved my day. Cons: WIFI should be available. Tips: Use FUTURA...Reasonable Efficient and Available.

Pros: Not good for couple reason: Time Drop off/pick up in San Diego Contact (except in the Santa Ana station). Cons: On Time Signal, direction in San Diego English in phone contact. Tips: Make sure everything before booking.

Pros: I like it ,but the staff . Cons: Staff could be a little more nice to there passengers. Tips: Carry money in cash.

Pros: Differently a good choice. Cons: It would have been nice to have the correct address. I was supposed to be there at 5 am downtown LA, it was dark and scary, thank goodness the girl called me to see where I was, I was on 7th street and I was supposed to be around the corner on main street. She took a picture of my paperwork showing the wrong address and said she’d report it.
