The staff should be sensitized on how to communicate with the passengers. The driver was borderline racist and completely offensive in the manner he yelled at the passengers

The bus driver. We were late because of unavoidable traffic after a trailer truck accident

Pros: Very prompt. Being it was so cold it was nice that when I went to get the bus it was there already 15 minutes before departure so I was able to get right on the bus and be warm. Cons: If the seats could be bigger or not fill the bus so much, it would be nice. It was very crowded.

Pros: I liked that the driver was friendly and helpful and we even arrived early. Made very good time. Cons: I wish the seats were more roomy or less people per trip so you can have two seats to yourself. Tips: The chairs recline.

The ride was very comfortable and clean, the driver was extremely nice, and the bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained.

Pros: They didn’t cancel last minute. Cons: Better communication on the extent of the delay. If you push to 8:30, don’t have people waiting outside in the cold till 9 thinking it’s right around the corner. Tips: Find a place to hunker down near the stop and don’t leave till you see the bus get there if you know there are delays.

Pros: Very clean bus. I appreciate the text messages withupdatres and where to find the bus. Having the outlets to charge my phone wa sgreat for a long trip. Great spaces for luggae under the bus and on top of the seat. Cons: I wish there was wifi on the bus. I clicked on what I thought was the bus wifi but had no connection. Had to use my hot spot and that was a bit spotty. The seat was comfortable but would like just a bit more leg room, otherwise it was great. Tips: This is a great app to reserve tickets and the bus ride was a good expereiece.

Pros: It was on time and efficient. I got to my destination exactly as promised. Cons: I would love if the seats had the ability to recline. Tips: Make sure to bring a portable charger just in case there are no outlets on the bus.
