5 April 2024- Visiting friends

New York to Philadelphia

Pros: I liked how we didn't make too many stops and there were a lot of seats. Cons: The directions on the ticket - I didn't know where to go for the first Peter Pan trip and I missed my bus! I had to buy a new pass - this time I saw that it said Port Authority. It's confusing when it gives a street address because that made me think I had to stand out on the street, not go down into port authority.

5 April 2024- Business

New York to Washington

Pros: I appreciated the simple on-board process. Sometimes riding can be tricky when it comes to too hot or cold, but I felt the driver was aware and adjusted the temperature throughout the ride. Cons: Communication from the driver was a little inconsistent. We received an announcement about our departure, where we going, etc., and when we took a break at a rest stop, but when we reached Baltimore, there was no announcement. So when we pulled in, the driver got off, returned a few minutes later, and was in the middle of backing out when passengers from the back of the bus called out asking if we were in Baltimore. Even the second driver we had picked up at the rest stop, did not say anything. It would be helpful to take the time and over-communicate if needed, especially if passengers may not understand English that well. Repeat destinations, arrivals, and common courtesies while riding on a Coach with other passengers. Tips: You may know your destination, and try to stay aware of where you are along your journey. Do not depend on the driver to tell you where you are along the way. And be sure to bring headphones to use while riding,.

5 April 2024- Visiting family

1 April 2024- Solo travel

Washington to New York

Pros: I liked the ability to be alone with my thoughts during the rain which covered new england that morning. Cons: They should make a sleeper cabin where they inject you with propofol so there is no memory of travel at all. A form of time travel. Tips: Just watch out for Susan. She's spicy.

29 March 2024- Vacation

New York to Philadelphia

Pros: I liked that we did not stop on the road once we eventually got going. Cons: The bus was scheduled to depart at 5pm, but we did not end up beginning the boarding process until 5:20pm; despite the inconvenience of the late start, the bus driver displayed a gross and rude attitude to every and all passengers who dared to ask a question about anything. Tips: Please arrive on time and ask your questions in advance at the Peter Pan Bus Office in the upstairs area because the bus drivers are not interested in providing any service/assistance besides driving the bus.
