Pros: The first driver was unsafe. He was trying to pass a big trucks on a two lane road. Scared most of us to the point where a male passenger advised him not to Gamble with our lives. Second driver was absolutely great. Friendly courteous and SAFE! Cons: Ensure all drivers are following safe driving measures. Tips: Just be aware of your surroundings.

Pros: The address I put for pick up was changed from the Quality Inn in Logan. I didn't appreciate that Salt Lake Express had no reversation number. If the driver had not shown up at the Quality Inn I would have missed my flight and it would have been because your company changed the pick up address. Cons: I did not appreciate the Fact that the address was changed from the address that I originally used for a pick up. Tips: Make sure that the address is not changed by a company when you have no way to get to a different location.

Pros: The driver was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and the conversation was very smooth and easy. Cons: Nothing. Your Driver Chris from Las Vegas was the perfect dirver, and made everything comfortable for all the passengers including me. I rate him 100% Perfect Driver! Tips: Have your id and ticket ready to show the driver, whoever it may be.

Pros: The bus and the driver were good... Cons: I was waiting for a 3-hour late bus in the cold and rain, the customer service rep was telling the bus was on its way, but the bus was late...

The sticker failed to pick me up! I had to reschedule my pick up and I was 1 hour late my football game! I also spent money on a taxi to quickly get me from drop off point to the event! Definitely not going to do this again as I have zero confidence it won't happen again!
