Pros: Cost and smooth ride. Cons: Timeliness of departure and more accurate communication from ticketing staff. The old lady at the Tornado bus counter in San Antonio claimed that the bus would NOT be making any stops between San Antonio and Dallas, but it did stop twice. Once in Austin and another time in Waco! Tips: Do not expect to arrive on time!!

Pros: First time traveling alone and the ride was smooth and safe made me feel comfortable traveling alone. 10/10 would recommend to others when they go on a trip. Cons: Maybe just add hand sanitizer or keep it refilled. Tips: I would recommend just bring your own wipes because paper is a little thin. Besides that everything perfect.

Pros: The time the bus left and comfy seats. Cons: It was a little bit cold inside the bus maybe improve the air conditioning. Tips: Always carry a little blanket because it can be cold inside the bus.

Pros: Fast travel and professional drivers. Cons: the seats are very tight and the stops are too spaced, the trip is almost completely at night, and that ok, but maybe there should be more departures at a more comfortable time. Tips: Always bring your own drinks because you will have to wait hours to get one from the moment you board the bus, wear at least a sweater because in the night with the AC it gets a little cold, make sure your handbag fits on the travel compartement because you have little room for your legs, and if you have to keep your bag in that space too it gets very uncomfortable.

Pros: The bus driver after we pass Mexico was extremely rude to passengers and will not answer questions. a lot of us needed to be drooped off at the airline location and he said he does not stop there at the station they offer a bus back but a lot of us already had to call family members so we can get pick up. Cons: Have more customer orient people. More communication between drivers. And not asking passengers to give money to the bus driver. When they want money they are friendly and after they can be so rude. Tips: Bring a blanket and a pillow.

Pros: The bus was comfy. Cons: They could have the heating on because it was really cold and they left the door open during a 2 hour unplanned stop. The trip was also delayed for over 2 hours because they were waiting on a person from another delayed trip. Tips: If you want a rough trip with uncertainty of when to cross the border or when to arrive and drastic changes in weather… then this is the trip fir you.
