Though much less well-known than its counterpart in California, Hollywood, FL, is a city worthy of exploring as well. The city's star attraction is its spectacular beach, which features soft white sand and turquoise water just begging to be photographed. The futuristic Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) at 2626 E Katella Ave is one of California's busiest intermodal transit centers. The station is both an iconic gateway to Orange County and a tourism destination in itself. The curved design features diamond-shaped steel arches, recreating the grandeur of major early 20th-century railway stations. This immense transit hub links Amtrak, Greyhound, OCTA bus service, Metrolink, and Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) services. It has everything: transit-oriented retail, parking, lockers, bike racks, speciality dining, and community space. ARTIC is near several points of interest, including Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center.

Just west of I-95, Hollywood Station is a station serving both Amtrak and Tri-Rail train routes. The station originally opened in 1928 and was designed in a Mediterranean Revival Style. You'll find a ticket office, waiting room, and baggage room, plus free parking and additional facilities for Tri-Rail commuters. The station is located about halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. However, it is about four miles east of the beach, so you might catch a transit coach or ride share to reach any beachfront accommodations. The station is near Hollywood Mall, so you can quickly grab a Starbucks, a McDonald's meal, or swing through Target before your train departs.
