Pros: It was on my Bucket List. I now have ridden from Sacramento to San Diego and from Sacramento to Seattle. I love trains and adore Amtrak’s scenic trains. The California Zephyr is still my favorite. Cons: You owe me two train rides. You could pay me. Tips: The train is for enjoyment! Relax. Enjoy the view. Let the train take you away to another time and place. Enjoy the scenery the service the joy and wonder of a five year old on his first train ride. I hope you can experience the joy of the journey and let go of your worries and fears. Take the train. Relax and enjoy the ride. You might get lucky and met me some day.
