Pros: The attendant Giuseppe? was very friendly and pleasant. Answered all questions politely and very accommodating. Train 97. A huge improvement from my way to New York on 7/27 Train 98. Cons: While I loved the roominess of the foot space in the front, the seats did not recline much which made for an uncomfortable head rest, coupled with the train horn blowing nonstop throughout the night, made it impossible to sleep. Tips: Take a neck pillow.

Pros: Great Customer Service. Smooth Ride. Cons: Everything was really Great. No issues. Tips: Enjoy the Ride and gain new experience. Definitely worth it.

Pros: Met nice people that were traveling. Cons: Guest Service. They need to be more nice with us. It affected our ride but it wasn't all bad. Tips: Please be careful dealing with the Amtrak train employees. They aren't too nice.

Pros: The convenience of the waiting room in Penn Station and the ease of entering the train in a well-ordered fashion. The steward for our car was excellent--his name tag read "Sonny.". Cons: The quality of the rails could be much better. And the suspension systems could be better. Tips: The commissary food was pretty dreadful so come prepared with your own provisions.
