6 August 2023- Solo travel

Ontario Northland

Pros: I enjoyed this trip for several reasons: The driver was very pleasant, courteous and professional. I was quite impressed by him. Also, felt safe and able to relax. Didn't have to deal with traffic. AND (and this has nothing to do with the company) The young gentleman sitting next to me ended up to be in the same industry as me...so the journey was extra pleasant because of that. Cons: I think more time options to travel to and from would be better. Tips: Sit midway to front. The back is where the rowdies are.

3 February 2023- Regular commuter

Ontario Northland

Pros: Great staff, washroom on the bus, and felt safe. Cons: Estimates on bus arrival times would be great, especially when there are weather advisories which is normal. Tips: Ensure you add some time to the arrival time, as the bus rarely arrives on the time. The bus itself is very comfortable, convenient, and the staff/driver is always very friendly!
