Pros: Very friendly driver. Easy to communicate with him and ask him questions. The bus was on time. There was no problem with stowing the luggage. The driver helped us with it all along. There was a lot of space on the bus. The seats were comfortable and clean. Cons: To be honest nothing.

Pros: The driver was helpful. Allowed me to know all of my information and also helped where he saw fit. I took two buses and it was good knowing he was able to help me. The the lady at the counter in Buffalo also tremendously helped me as well as I was still in confusion of what to do and how to do it. Cons: The seats were spacious. And the outlet was an excellent touch. Tips: Come rested especially if you’re taking an early morning or a late night ride.

Pros: Being a first-timer to used bus going to Buffalo, USA, was indeed a great experienced. Everything just turns good. I didn't expect that I'm gonna be so comfortable😍. Looking forward to do this again. Thumbs up👍. Cons: Nothing to say..just keep up the good service.. Tips: Be comfortable as you can and bring some nuts or cookies to munch and ofcourse water..😉.

Pros: Excellent bus, clean washrooms, nice driver. Cons: Wifi was not working.

Pros: Got us to the right place at a reasonable time and price. Cons: Too much information given very quickly. Would be better to give a clear handout and cut back on info verbally. Most importantly need to get back on same bus a few yards in front not 300m away which sounded worrying. Tips: Arrive 30 minutes early as advised when booking.

Pros: Good value. Cons: The trip to Toronto was awful. Bus came over 2 hrs late. Staff did not communicate to passengers and when enquirers were made they did not give answers as they seemed not to know where the bus or the driver was. When the shift came at 3 pm that supervisor was more responsive. Tips: See above about Trip to Toronyo.

diesel fumes in station nearly made me faint. driver said every other bus did the same thing ... at the Buffalo station which had much better ventilation anyway, the engine on the bus was turned off

Pros: comfortable and satisfied. Cons: floors a little but dirty.but not a big deal for me. Tips: yes of course i will refer when i get home in Toronto.
