Pros
Good bargain of money, night trip
Cons
Seat comfy and on time
Tips
Don’t puke inside the bus, please be careful if you’re sick not to make other passengers inconvenient with puke smell. Don’t be noisy and inconsiderate by making a video call without headphone! Be quite!

Cons
The bus I left on from Toronto smelled like the restroom which had a really strong urine odor. It was unpleasant to say the least. Thank god we switched buses in Buffalo. Greyhound needs to pay more attention to stuff like this.
Tips
Pray you get a bus that doesn’t smell like piss.

Pros
Price, shortest ride between existing rides, Every 2-3 hours stops, Manhattan stop

Bus terminal itself in Toronto: location, new building. Tickets: tickets to NY should be printed on 3 single pages. If not ( I printed on double pages) it will be not acceptable. We are in 2019. Do it electronically. Don’t allow to passengers to enter carry bags inside...More
Tips
Bring lot of patience with yourself: close your eyes and block your noise. Sleep as much as possible Bring neck support pillow

Pros
I liked how spacious and comfortable me and my family were, we took the 3pm to 4am so it was a red eye trip but overall we were comfortable!
Cons
The rest room was disgusting, I did not want to use it and I had my 6yr old son with me and I had to slather him up with sanitizer because it was filthy, we told the bus driver#1 and he did not seem to care! I would say to try and consider who you allow to come in the b...More
Tips
I would suggest this trip to anyone once you start screening who you allow on the bus, we met some great people on the way and had countless jokes, it was really comfortable lots of leg space more than the planes we traveled on! Make sure you walk with snacks especially...More
