Greyhound

Pros: Great service other than the ticket pickup at Union Station in New Haven. Cons: Employee attitude - the woman I had to pick my ticket up from was extremely rude after being almost 15 minutes late. I received my ticket minutes before departure time and she had the audacity to deliver it with an attitude. The bus driver, however, was extremely pleasant and helpful from start to finish.
